Prerequisites: familiar with woo commerce and plug ins

o Company has a training manual for its e-commerce site which freelancer will need to become familiar with BEFORE STARTING (tutorial for site layout and basic tasks)

o Primary objective for freelancer is provide support for backend maintenance and admin tasks for company website. Including but not limited to

 Product creation:

 Upload new products

 Create product bundles

 Tag “cross sale” (recommended products / upsell products) to each product.

 Maintaining promotion activities

 Promotions

 Create promotion rules and manage limited time promotions within backend

 Test promotion rules before going “live”

 Promo code creation with cart rules (site specific and customer/partner specific).

 Banner design

 Create 4 home page banners per month (relates to monthly promotions), including upload on site, remove old banners in a timely manner.

 Each banner must have 2 versions, one with text and for upload on website and the other with text not more than 20% of the area, for FB upload.

 Standardize all Product photo/images (white background) and ensure image file names are SEO-optimized (descriptive file names and minified image sizes).

 Update media mentions and improve press coverage page.

 Update Retailers Section on website.

 Remove bad links or spam in the backend.

Nature of engagement: Monthly, project-based fixed cost, scope to be agreed monthly in advance and payment upon task completion within 30 days. First month is probation month, if extended then freelancer must commit to minimum 6-month total engagement.
